The top photo is the original planting of Tomatoes (23rd April) and the second was taken yesterday (28th May). They have set their first fruit now and are growing really well despite a run of out of season cold weather.
They are Pest and Disease free with a healthy population of Ladybugs, every week I give them a Foliar Fertiliser of either Liquid Fish or Molasses, this keeps the plant healthy and repels the nasties.
Foliar Fertiliser keeps the plant ticking over during cold spells when the temperature can shut them down, fertiliser through the leaves is easily absorbed as well as a proving to be a really good Pest deterrent.
